El semama de 5/1

 Esta semana, yo no hice nada. Porque yo solamente tengo dos semanas después esta semana, Yo habo rendibo. Mis profes dicen que yo tengo "senoritous." Después de escuela en el lunes, yo montó mi bicicleta, pero cuando yo fue ocho millas antes de mi casa, el neumático rompió. Entonces yo pase tiempo en mi teléfono en una iglesia que era cerca de me. El martes yo corrí antes de escuela y dormí después de escuela. En el miércoles yo miré películas durante escuela en todos de mis clases y en mi casa. Yo no soy un estudiante buen, ahora. En el Jueves y el Viernes yo no miré películas porque yo usé todos de la data de mi familia.

Quarter 3 Reflection

During the third quarter we mainly focused on interpretting text and differnet tenses. Because I spent so much time in class pulling the main ideas out of foreign text i have a greater ability to understand new words and what an aithor is trying to say. The tenses I learned have given me the ability to more accurately say what I want to and tell stories much better because now my verbs make more sende in context. I also tried to focus more on transitiona than I previously had; now my speaking proficiency is closer to I-3 because I can connect strings of sentences together. I can continue to grow by studying more tenses and exposing myself to new words and transitions. When I learn more tenses I will deel more confident speaking freely; the same goes for transitions and new vocab. With better vocab and transitions I will hopefully be able to surpass my I-3 goal.

Diego Laje on CNN

Diego Laje was interviewed about Efforts to reduce inflation and reduce the fiscal deficit. The International Monetary Fund is confident that there will be growth within Argentina. While tourists see good parts of Argentina, the main people who struggle with poverty in Argentina are people of indigenous descent; especially with single mothers. Inflation is causing the money people DO have to be worth less and less. This combined with the peoples lack of access to food and rising food prices is making their situations unlivable. The government is working to fight these problems.

This week our table furthered our research of poverty, education, and drugs in Central America. In class we watched a video of Argentinian poverty and problems with single mothers that cannot support their families. This was not directly about Central America; however, this interview with Diego Laje provided us insight for further research topics.

     Hipsters tiene nuevo principales. El pelo es el mejor aliado para ellos. La mejor amiga del hipster es la bicicleta. Ellos escuchan música indie. Ellos usan todos los botones abrochado. El libro siempre es mejor que la película para hipsters. Lo vintage es su complemento favorito. Ellos siempre andan a la vanguardia de la tecnología. Los filtros son fundamentales para foros de instagram. El hipster simpre negará ser hipster.

Artiiculo de Ausencia de Amigos

 Los estudios dice que la ausencia de amigos tan malo como alcoholismo o la adicción al tabaco, la idea general. No teniendo amigos es equivale fumando 15 cigarros al dia. Amigos aumentan la longevidad. El artículo dice que teniendo amigo está directamente relacionada con una vida más largo. Al contrario, no teniendo amigos está directamente relacionada con la depresión. En el fin, teniendo amigos está bien para tu salud. 

Quarter 2 Reflection

     In class during the second quarter, our main focus was interpreting articles and then forming opinions on them. For me, this form of practice helped me in all aspects of Spanish: interpretive reading, interpersonal speaking, and presentational. To further my goal of being between I3 and I4 by the end of the year I am going to continue to read text on foreign subjects on my own and try to pull out the main idea and supporting details. By slowly making the subjects more foreign, I will strengthen my vocab and ability to understand Spanish.
